Puto
Ingredients: 2 cups all purpose /cake flour ¾ cup refined sugar 1 tablespoon baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 2 eggs ½ cup evaporated milk ½ cup water ¼ cup cooking oil
Procedure:
Mix all dry ingredients
Mix all liquid ingredients
Stir well
Pout into a molder & steam until done
My sister knows how to make puto, and I wanted to share with you guys the ingredients. I love her putos! HAHA!...
